FIRST CONTACT LIVE
I didn't want it to end."
First Contact Live is a weekly conversation led by Hersh Rephun where one Featured Participant discovers how others interpret their work on first contact.
For the first part of the session, the audience observes the conversation without rushing to solutions. Then observers compare what they noticed, where assumptions formed, and what changed.
Every session becomes a live laboratory where participants and observers discover how interpretation actually happens.
INTERPRETIVE
FRICTION
People don't understand your work.
INTERPRETIVE COMPRESSION
People don't see what makes you different.
EMERGENCE
What you're building no longer fits the box people put it in.

Put your own work in the spotlight. Selected participants receive a live First Contact assessment in front of a small group of observers. Each featured participant is chosen because their situation offers rich learning for everyone in the room.

Participation is limited to keep the discussion intimate.
This is not coaching.
This is not a sales call.
This is a live exploration.
Not every application will be selected. The strongest candidates are often building something difficult to categorize, easy to misunderstand, or larger than the box people are currently putting it in.
