If it doesn’t lead to action, it’s just a well-understood idea.
There’s a lot of pressure to be clear.
Make it simple. Make it clean. Make it easy to understand.
And you should.
Up to a point.
Because understanding is very easy to achieve.
People understand things all day.
They nod. They agree. They repeat it back to you.
Sometimes they even say, “That’s brilliant.”
And then…
they move on with their lives.
No urgency. No shift. No decision.
Because what they understood didn’t meet them at the moment it mattered.
It didn’t land as:
“This is for me. Right now.”
It landed as:
“That’s interesting.”
Which is one of the most polite ways people avoid doing anything.
I’m not interested in helping people understand what you do.
I’m interested in what happens when they do.
